Each of our vintages celebrates the passion and commitment of our apiarist, Jon Zwiers, and his specialized process for crafting distinctive flavour profiles through selective pollination.Our honey does not contain sweeteners or additives to boost flavour and we don’t rely on heating or whipping to create texture; instead, we focus on supporting the natural pollination process to infuse distinct flavours into each of our raw honey vintages.
Our honey is cultivated from hives throughout the foothills of the Canadian Rocky Mountains using the native bee population and region-specific flowers.
We carefully select hive locations to promote pollination of crops and wildflowers that bring a distinctive flavour to our various vintages.
Our colonies are native to the region we pollinate which promotes ecological balance and colony health.
We harvest seasonally with the perennial blossoming of regional flora; direct from the honeycomb, unprocessed and all-natural.
