Spring Blend

The 2021 spring blossom informs this blend, which produces one of our more distinct flavour profiles. Strong saffron notes from the blooming Crocus flower gives this honey a rounded sweetness, complex flavour and buttery mouthfeel. This vintage is best celebrated in it’s unadulterated, as part of a charcuterie or paired with sharp cheese, fresh fruit and dry white wine.
